Groote Post's Chenin Blanc is a crisp, fruit driven wine that pairs well with ligher dishes such as salads, goats cheeses and delicate fish dishes. The bushvine trellised Chenin Blanc vines were planted in 1982 and benefit from cooling maritime influences that bring a long gradual ripening leading to developed flavours and attractive freshness in the finished wine.
Tasting note
A bright, full-styled Chenin with a tropical fruit-salad palate and green apple flavours. Very good length.
