Groote Post's high altitude coastal vineyards are ideal for the cultivation of Pinot Noir grapes. Here the grapes enjoy a long growing season, with cool nights that allows the grapes to mature slowly ensuring they develop fully whilst retaining good balance and acidity.
Tasting note
A hint of spice, thatch and cherry on the nose and a pleasing palate of mulberries and fruit pastilles. Gentle, yet luscious and full, it will need time to develop its savoury Pinot Noir characteristics.
