Chardonnay represents less than 3% of grapes grown in the Beaujolais where it is grown on granite soils. This terroir produces a Chardonnay of great finesse combining a soft minerality with rounded fruit flavours. Henry Fessy have 1 hectare of Chardonnay vines on their domaine.
Tasting note
Floral aromas accompany delicious tones of exotic fruits. In the mouth the wine is dry, round and mellow with exotic fruit flavours and with hints of dried fruits on the finish.
