Produced from hand-picked grapes grown on clay limestone soils and then carefully vinified in Latour’s Ardèche winery on the outskirts of the village of Alba La Romaine.Thirty percent of the wine is aged in French oak barrels from Latour’s cooperage giving roundness and a slightly spicy edge. The remaining seventy percent is vinified entirely in stainless steel.
Tasting note
Golden in colour with aromas of wild peach and ripe apricot. Round and fat in the mouth with persistent vanilla notes. The finish is fresh with lingering stoned-fruit and vanilla notes and is ready to be enjoyed now.
