The village of Chassagne-Montrachet is the last and most southerly of the three great white winemaking appellations in the Côte de Beaune. The wines are fat and opulent, dominated by tropical fruit aromas and flavours.
Tasting note
Showing a clean yellow colour this Chassagne offers up hints of white fruits, most notably peach with a discreet grilled aromas. In the mouth it is powerful with attractive oak.
