Chablis is one of France's most recognised appellation and is well known for its unoaked flinty chardonnay wines. Fresh and vibrant in youth developing more pronounced minerality with age. Simonnet-Febvre's Chablis is available bottled under cork and screwcap.
Tasting note
A fresh, vivacious style, with intense floral, lemon and lime aromas. The palate is fresh and balanced combining full generous fruit flavours with a steely mineral finish.
