Established in 1781 Vidal-Fleury is the oldest continuously operating winery in the Rhône Valley. They re well known for their fine Muscat de Beaumes de Venise that fuses refreshing acidity, fresh and dried fruit characters to produce a an elegant sweet wine that can be enjoyed with fruit based desserts, cheeses or as an aperitif.
Tasting note
Intense dried apricot, peppermint, grapefruit, lychee and honey aromas. The palate is ample with acidity bringing freshness. It has honey, apricot and nectarine fruit flavours with a grapefruit tang. The nutty mid-palate and fresh finish bring balance to this long and opulent wine.
