The Estate Collection Reserva range represents the purest expressions of each grape variety and are characterised by vibrant aromas and flavours. The Cabernet Sauvignon is a blend of 93% Cabernet Sauvignon, 4% Merlot and 3% Syrah all from the Colchagua Valley. The 2010 growing season was cooler than average and as a result the wines are fresher, with greater natural acidity and lower alcohol levels. This wine can be drunk on release or cellared for up to 4 years.
Tasting note
Intense violet-ruby-red in colour and loaded with fresh fruit on the nose, including berries, cherries, and cassis, combined with subtle notes of mocha. The medium-bodied palate offers soft, well-rounded tannins that lead to a long,well-balanced, and elegant finish.
