The Taylor family believe in Estate grown, vinified and bottled wines. The wines in the Estate range are crafted with care and attention and seek to capture the essence of the vineyard site and pure varital expression of the grape.
Tasting note
Deep red with a vibrant purple hue. The wine has rich aromas of blackcurrant, licorice, subtle spice and a touch of dried basil with subtle tobacco leaf and cedar. The palate is intense with distinctive blackcurrant and subtle cigar box flavours. It is balanced, complex and fulfiilling with a lingering finish.
