Chablis

Chablis is a small wine region producing dry and steely white wines located to the south of the Champagne region. The best vineyard sites, the Grand Crus, lie on the South west facing slopes of the Serein Valley just outside the town of Chablis.

Beyond Chablis

In addition to their great Chablis wines, Simonnet-Febvre produces wines of the wider Auxerrois region including:

Irancy, a red wine made from Pinot Noir, blended with a local grape called César.

St Bris, the only Sauvignon Blanc appellation in Burgundy offering a great alternative the Sauvignons of Touraine and Sancerre.

A Pinot Noir from the South of France.

A range of Cremant de Bourgogne and Mousseux Methode Traditionelle wines.
