Producers

The Chablis region is an isolated group of vineyards in the north of Burgundy halfway between Dijon and Paris. Maison Louis Latour's Chablis is a classic example of Chardonnay from this area which is strongly influenced by the region's famous kimmeridgian limestone slopes. This soil brings a flinty minerality to the wines.
