The grapes are grown in the Hazel's vineyard in the southern part of the Margaret River. The free draining and moderately fertile soils restrict the growth of these normally vigorous varieties. Vineyard management embraces sustainable 'Old School' practices that mark a return to methods that were commonly used before the rise of modern, large scale agriculture. | |

Tasting note |
This classic southern Rhone blend bursts with aromas of blood orange and fresh raspberry, over notes of fragrant black pepper. The palate is both savoury and primary with aromas of dark forest fruit. Pepper and wild thyme persist on the finish.
