Located close to the coast with views of the Indian Ocean, the name Burnside has its origins in Ireland where it means one who lives by a burn or stream. | Tasting note |
Aromas of ripe peach give way to nuances of fresh pineapple and light brioche dough. The palate is multi-layered with ripe peach, crème caramel and underlying natural ferment characters. Textural layers are supported by persistent mineral acidity, combining power and grace.
