| The Sauvignon Blanc grapes were sourced from 20 years old vines on the eastern side of McHenry Hohnen's Calgardup Brook Vineyard. This vineyard lies just inland from the coast. Its soils are well drained sandy and schisty and the climate of this vineyard is strongly influenced by its immediate vicinity to the Indian Ocean. | |

| Tasting note |
The nose is intense with Lychee, guava and ripe mango aromas intertwined with nutty notes from extended lees contact. The palate is full flavoured and very textural with a core of rip tropical fruit balanced by a salty but creamy acidity.
